The Gathering Stave is a five-light candle holder made from an authentic reclaimed wine barrel stave from the Finger Lakes. Its natural curve creates a simple centerpiece that spreads candlelight across the table without feeling fussy.
Each piece is cut from a full-length barrel stave and typically measures 34–37 inches long. The wood carries the marks of its previous life aging wine, with tones ranging from weathered gray to warm brown. Many staves still show a faint red wine stain, a quiet reminder of the barrel’s past.
Designed for the center of a dining table, the Gathering Stave also works beautifully on a mantel, sideboard, or long windowsill. It holds five tea lights or glass bud vases, making it easy to change the look with candles, greenery, or seasonal stems.
Handmade in Penn Yan, New York, each piece is naturally unique.
