Shipping/ Returns


We do not ship Internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.

Shipping times differ based on the item(s) ordered. Each item has an estimated shipping time at the end of the product description. Please note that those times are for reference only and are not guaranteed, especially due to the global effects of the COVID pandemic.

Because most of our products are made to order and they will usually take 2-4 business days to ship. But we will always ship them sooner than that if possible, sometimes on the same day. If it is a custom painted piece, please expect 7-10 days until your item is shipped. If it is a custom engraved piece the lead time is 2-3 weeks. 

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number to the email you provide at checkout. We always ship either USPS Priority or UPS. If an item is needed in time for a particular occasion or event, please let us know via email and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Please note that most of our products are made to order and many of them are custom, one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be resold. With that in mind, please read product descriptions carefully before purchase and contact us at with any questions before purchase, or if you are at all dissatisfied with your items once received.

If a return or exchange is necessary, please email within 7 days of delivery to begin the return process. If you've selected in-store pick-up, please bring your receipt and return your items to the store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached, if applicable. 

For engraved items - if an error is found after a proof has been approved we cannot be held responsible. The error cannot be fixed once engraved, only replaced, and it would be replaced at the customer's expense. PLEASE make sure you check every detail on your proofs before giving us the go-ahead.

RETURN SHIPPING ---- To ship a return, please use the label and tracking number we provide via email once the return process has begun. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment if you fail to use our label. The shipment must be sent out within 14 days of label receipt. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return and are non-refundable.

If a return is needed based on an error on our part (potential name mis-spelling, etc.) we will certainly  be 100% responsible for replacing that item with all the shipping and return costs taken care of by us. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ---- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
