Terms of Service
By purchasing from Staving Artist Woodwork, you agree to the following general terms of sale. These are simply here so expectations are clear for everyone.
Product Nature
Many of our items are made from reclaimed materials and natural wood. Variations in grain, tone, texture, markings, and small irregularities are part of the character of the piece and not considered defects.
Product photos represent the style and design, but each item will be unique.
Custom Orders
For custom and engraved items, the information entered by the customer is used exactly as submitted.
Proofs are provided when applicable. Once a proof is approved, changes cannot be made.
We are not responsible for spelling, dates, or wording errors submitted by the customer.
Production Time
Some items are made to order. Production times listed on the product page are estimates and may vary slightly during busy seasons.
We always do our best to stay within the stated timeframe and will communicate if delays occur.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to listing errors, incorrect pricing, or material availability. If this happens, a full refund will be issued.
Appropriate Use
Our products are intended for normal household use. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or environmental conditions outside typical indoor use unless otherwise specified.
